She offers workshops, private consultations and a workbook, titled “Friendships To Go” This passion stems from Anika‘s friends who have been there for her in times of devastation and celebration. Many struggle to find their right tribe and the consequences of loneliness are life-threatening. It brings her immense joy to help people (of all ages) improve their social health, and discover a new level of happiness!
